FAQ
I. When will my photos be done?
We do our best to try to get your photos as fast as we can! You will receive a few previews 24 hours after your wedding, and the rest of them in about 8 weeks in an Online Gallery. If you are want them sooner than that you can add on a RUSH DELIVERY and have them in 14 days schedule pending.
II. What if we want something more extreme for our engagement session (hiking, diving, etc)?
Yes please! We love thinking outside of the box and do something that is unique to you. Want to go underwater, play paintball, or go hiking. Let's Go!
III. We want to include our dog into the wedding ceremony and photos, is that okay?
Can we just make this into a rule that dogs SHOULD be included every time already?
IV. Is there a discount if we do both Photo & Video
YES! Depending on the package you book, you can get up to $1000 Off!
V. Do you offer prints?
Yes, we do! We can personally print any of your photos in sizes 4X6 to 17X21. We also have an online portal connected to your gallery where you can print specialty prints on wood, canvas, or framed.
VI. How do you keep your photos safe?
We write every single image on two different SD card, then immediately back up photos and video to the cloud and two separate physical locations, following Hollywood standards.
